- We use PosLaju for shipping and delivery anywhere within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak only. Sorry we cannot accept international orders. You will receive a tracking number which you can use to check the shipping status online or by phone to Pos Laju Call Centre 1-300-300-300.
- Privacy & Security
- Your information remains private with us. We do not share/sell information. We use Netbuilder to process your payments.
- Returns & Replacements
- Goods sold are not returnable. Unless if it is a defective product, then we will replace the product for you.
- Delivery Time and Lost Shipments
- We will send you an email when your purchase is despatched. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delviery within Malaysia. We normally ship within 48 hours, and you will be informed of your tracking number. For lost shipments, we will replace them for free.
